Will the motor and/or transmission from a 1995 Celica fit in a 1998 Eclipse?

Here's the deal – I have a 1995 Celica and the back end is totaled.. it went up the side so it can't be fixed (I've taken it to a few auto body places) and this guy has a 1998 Eclipse for 200.00 that needs a motor and I know someone else with a 98 Eclipse that doesn't have a transmission in it. Is there any way it could fit? If not, what can I do with the Celica? It's just sitting outside.. doing nothing. if I can't drive it I don't want it. I can't get much out of it because the whole back is totaled. Can I sell it to a junk yard? How much do you think they'd give me?
