No. Get a new or rebuilt.

you use the stuff from the junk yard that don't WEAR (like the axles, etc.) or something you can easily check it worn or not.

A starter is something that works, then just stop working. For all you know the junk yard starter is just as bad as your (minus few months).

I would get one from a auto parts store they usally cost more but do come with a decent waranty.

You should definitely buy a new one. With a new one you get a manufactures warranty, if it tares up within the warranty period they have to replace. One from a junk yard has no warranty, is sold as is, it breaks even a month later, you have to buy another one.

well if the new one is too expensive or u just dont have the money…then get it from the junk yard…but remember that u dont know if its gonna work…they do give u warranty at some junkyards but even if it works u never know how long it will last…

it should come with a limited warranty which is better than none that you'd get from the junk yard.
