Is it possible to give my car to a junk yard without a title?

usually you can file affadavit with the junk yard saying you are the owner

Some salvage yards will take a car like that; they have ways to satisfy DMV requirements.

Yes,a copy of the car registration and copy of your driver license should be sufficient.
